Honey Birdette offers a seamless returns process for all purchases within 30 days, ensuring your boutique experience remains flawless. Please ensure all items are unworn, in their original packaging, and have all hygiene seals and tags intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original Honey Birdette gold foil packaging and secure them in a durable shipping mailer.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our boutique team inspects the returned items, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
